I took a leap of faith and an act of trust in myself this last weekend by investing my time and energy in a full weekend course. My prime motivation was self help and improvement but along the way I realized that this will help and support me in my practice as “The WebTor”, bringing some extra skills in for the support of my clients. I am so dang proud of myself I could burst. Those of you who know me know that I am not boastful by nature but I thought it was about time I did a little blowing of my own trumpet and those of my wonderful guides and teachers to boot.
Now proudly on display in my inner ‘purple’ sanctum is my Certificate proclaiming Level One Reiki Practitioner status. Thank you so much to my brilliant co-facilitators Carolyn A Jones LLC, and Jana Kadovitz L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. and the other course attendees, you know who you are, without whose generous support and encouragement I would have likely faltered.
To be a mentor means to be “an experienced and trusted adviser (guide, guru, counselor, consultant, confidante).” Anyone with experience is a candidate for being a mentor but I firmly believe it takes trust and intuition in order to serve clients well. This is my goal, always, and I believe my expanded intuition will serve beautifully. Come see me, I can’t wait to get started.
